★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 5 stars and on any other day it would be 5 stars. The food was delicious and prices were really just fine for a mountain hut (meal in the range of 10 eur, beer about 4.4 eur) and THE VIEW.. Incredible. BUT we got unlucky with the service that day. We ordered food that never came, we thought the kitchen was just extremely slow but it turned out they had forgotten about us and we had to remind them after roughly an hour. On top of that we got charged for something we did not order. Luckily, we got our money back but it was an unpleasant experience. When we said, we had been forgotten we were met with excuses about how a lot was going on as we ordered and definitely felt hostility from the service side. It's a shame, I am sure on any other day this would have been a 5 star experience. Next time!
