M	Mario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the day of my move I met two friendly workers from 'Das Umzugteam' who immediately got to work. The move itself was done in 7 hours and the team didn't waste any time during the whole process. My furniture was deconstructed at my old place and rebuilt at the new one without any issues. I put all my belongings into boxes I got from the company two weeks beforehand and moving them was a straightforward matter. I'm very pleased to say that now that I'm finished I thought this would be more of a hassle than it actually was. That's for sure thanks to the great service I received from 'Das Umzugsteam' end of November 2019.

The team got to work right away - they were very fast, and thorough with disassembling all furniture. They knew exactly what to do. On top they were friendly, helpful and also before the move very responsive for all questions we had in adapting the offer. I truly recommend their service, as value for money also worked for us.

After looking at several other moving companies in Vienna, I really appreciated the option on the Umzugsteam website to submit my request for a quote online. The process was very user-friendly and only took a few minutes. Instead of waiting to get an in-person appointment, I was able to select the items of furniture and number of boxes I had from a catalog-style list. Measurements for items that weren't in the catalog list could be added manually, but the options on the list was so comprehensive that I didn't need to do this. I was also able to add comments, additional requirements for furniture assembly, and choose my preferred appointment time and date before submitting my request. I received my quote the next morning. This saved me so much time! The pricing is transparent and the team called me to go over requirements, questions etc and were very responsive and accommodating. On moving day, the team was professional, friendly and efficient, even though the elevator in my new place was unexpectedly out of order and I had a giant couch to move. Would definitely recommend Das Umzugsteam both for the quality of service and for the convenience!

Broken glasses, plates, banged up lamp, damaged frames... If you pack your boxes yourself, I guess you will be fine. If you are looking for movers to also pack your goods, look elsewhere.

Showed up on time,very friendly and courteous personnel that doesn't drag out time but gets the job done fast and in a competent fashion(had them do assembly/disassembly as well). They take good care nothing gets damaged and really I couldn't think of anything negative if you put a gun to my head.

The team was super efficient, the entire move was completed within just one day. The foreman was were friendly and considerate. Nothing to complain about. One note: I had done the virtual application on the website first, but then felt unsure if I had considered the correct sizes amounts and so forth. So I decided to have a person come to my place and indeed, there was a whole lot more to do than I had thought.
