★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to get information on the certificates they are supposed to handle with a ring i bought from a jewelery store locally (as stated on the webpage) but the guy who answered the phone was rude and didn't let me ask the question, interrupted me annoyingly and hungup. Honestly never experienced such a rude customer service agent.
