★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My post is about an online Berlitz German course I enrolled through Berlitz Austria. From the very beginning until the end of the course, it was catastrophically poorly organized. On the first meeting, when they were supposed to introduce us to the school, we got two sentences about the online system and that was all. After that, the teachers started to change, every class different teacher. Not one from the German-speaking area. We could not contact the teachers by e-mail. None of them corrected us as we spoke. I wrote comments on the Berlitz portal, but it is organized so that someone from the other side of the world sees a message and replies in a generic way without any sense. I tried to ask for money back in Berliz Austria, but they didn't want to give it to me. I continued to attend the course and then they started postponing classes. We didn't have a class for almost the whole month, and we only received generic emails about it. Everyone from my group agrees that we have wasted money and time. Big minus.
