★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were happy to find this place on New Years Day. We were happy it was open. It was popular and there were many people inside. The person greeting us at the entrance was very nice.
The waiter spoke English and he was helpful even though in the beginning he looked like he didn’t have patience. The food is affordable thinking you are in Vienna. We had goulash soup- this was a bit too spicy though. The mushroom soup was extremely salty but the Wiener schnitzel and sausage were very delicious.
The coffee is served with water.
The place is nicely decorated and you can admire the architecture there is inside the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a friend and sat in the beer garden all evening, that is tucked away. Very quiet in there with lovely busy waiters. Food and drinks are served quickly once you got the attention of a waiter.
Food was marvellous, plenty of oil and vinegar on the salad, good amount of garlic in the sauce.
The true star is the inside area, just love how spacey it is plus it got this typical high ceiling! Surely it’s less of a brewery and more restaurant type inside but nevertheless nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My giving 3 stars is based on the choice of the menu for vegetarians.
Very poor and boring. Plus, a bit pricy for what you actually eat. So I would suggest to increase and improve the choices, even if the restaurant is based a lot on meat dishes.
For the rest, very nice location and very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the morning at Schönbrunn castle then went to this place to have lunch - 100% recommend it, especially if you're in the area. Both indoor and outdoor seats are available, friendly staff, delicious beer and most importantly delicious traditional food from Austria in very well sized portions.
