2. The cuisine is excellent.
3. We can get better service from Rookie waiter.
4. Don’t ask too much questions to experienced waiters, and remember to pay tips for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent my husband‘s birthday here and we were impressed beyond words. We did not have a reservation but we managed to get a very nice table. The staff were quick to make us feel invited and important. Markus ordered the Wiener Schnitzel with Potato Salad and I ordered the Pepper Sauce steak with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. The meal was a delight to the palate. It was the attention to every detail by the entire wait staff that highlighted the evening. The desserts topped off a most memorable birthday dinner. Thank you to the entire staff! We highly recommend this restaurant to any visitor to Vienna. Great job!

Cons: they just add nonsense to your bill, they bring you things you didn’t order and then try to give you a reply of “well, you consumed it, didn’t you”. After much (and unnecessary) arguing they cut the faulty items.
It’s clear that this wasn’t their first time and it seems that this is their business model, so beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really not used to bashing a venue... But this lunch was all but a sweet time. No smile from the staff, hardly a hello, not even a goodbye. No answer when wishing them a happy new year. Fair enough ! I know that being on duty on NY's day may be a pain, but it's part of the job.
Every waiter keeps making things as quick as possible, to make you understand you have to leave early.
What a story it was when I came back to the waiter to modify one single item in my order just a few seconds after making my choice. He literally blew me off!
Well anything but what's expected from such a so called authentic restaurant. Fortunately the Tafelspitz was tasty and qualitative which is the least that can be offered at such a high price.
If you can pass by and leave this travel guides trap aside, do it, really!

Tafelspitz was sensationally tasty tinder balanced, we were happy with every dish we ordered, i can say of you visit Vienna you should dine inn here at least for once , the personal was friendly ,kind and helpful,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good wiener schnitzel. the reason why I am giving only 4 stars is the size of the schnitzel. It was 2 small pieces. When second day I went to the another restaurant of them near the Opera it was twice bigger for the same price! that is the expected portion! The beer Zwickel was very tasty the limoncello drink too!
