U	Ulli Diwisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe sehr freundlich gebeten mir beim tanken zu helfen wurde mit der Begründung seid 1 April Selbstbedienung abgelehnt bei anderer Tankstelle wurde mir sehr gerne geholfen war vor Umstellung immer möglich Personal war auch sehr freundlich I asked very kindly to help me with refueling. Self-service was refused on the grounds that since April 1st. At another gas station I was very happy to help before the changeover. Staff was also very friendly

Wurde von einem eher schlecht Deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter angepflaumt, sie wären eine Tankstelle und keine Werkstatt. 0 Service! und unfreundlich! ZUM LETZTEN MAL HIER GETANKT!!! Refuel here again today and asked to check the tire pressure. Was fluffed by a rather poor German speaking employee that they were a gas station and not a workshop. 0 service! and rude! FUELED HERE FOR THE LAST TIME !!!
L	Laura Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paramos a echar gasolina y nos cobraron un producto que no habíamos comprado. Cuando nos dimos cuenta y fuimos a reclamar, sólo nos repetía una palabra en alemán. Tras insistir en que sólo habíamos echado gasolina y que nos tenía que devolver los 11€, lo hizo de muy mala gana sin disculparse. Un estafador! Y no hay baños. We stopped for gasoline and they charged us for a product that we had not bought. When we found out and went to complain, he only repeated a word in German to us. After insisting that we only had gas and that he had to give us back the € 11, he did so very reluctantly without apologizing. A cheater! And there are no bathrooms.
K	Karim-Patrick Bannour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und genervt obwohl kein Andrang (November, schlechtes Wetter). Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat: Ich habe bei der Einfahrt extra noch gefragt ob ich die Antenne von meinem Hochdachkombi runternehmen soll und er hat gesagt "Ach lass drauf, macht nichts" und prompt macht die Trockungsanlage bei der Antenne Probleme und stoppt, wir sitzen fest und der Mitarbeiter muss die Anlage manuell anheben damit wir rausfahren können. Gott sei Dank keine Kratzer am Dach aber alles in allem nur Stress und negative Erfahrung. Staff very unfriendly and annoyed although no rush (November, bad weather). But what bothered me the most: When I was driving in, I asked if I should take the antenna off my high-roof combination and he said "Oh, leave it on, never mind" and promptly the drying system causes problems with the antenna and stops, we are stuck and the employee has to lift the system manually so that we can drive out. Thank goodness no scratches on the roof but all in all just stress and negative experience.
