Da ich Kunde bin kann ich nur aus Kundensicht beurteilen. Also die Verkaufsabteilung für Neufahrzeuge und die dort arbeitenden Verkäufer sind allesamt freundlich ,hilfsbereit und schnell bei der Beantwortung von Fragen. Um 5 Sterne als Bewertung von mir zu bekommen müsste die Werkstattmannschaft da noch einiges aufarbeiten in Punkto Kundenbetreuung und Kundenzufriedenheit - Leider

We’d have to thanks Salzburg Skoda for your assistance during our trip to Europe: Sept 24, 2019. We rent a Skoda Karoq from Venice and drove northbound to Austria. However, the vehicle alerted with “coolant lower level” right after we cross Alps and entered Austria. That created us a lot worry. After we eventually arrived Salzburg at night, we decided to seek help from Skoda Salzburg. The next morning, we drove the crossover to there and spoken to a service manager. We can’t speak Germany and he obviously can’t speak English well. But he figured out what we want and he understood we’re on the routine. Fortunately, he offered the most help. He checked the vehicle himself then brought a handsome young man. The young technician used Skoda code reader done an overall checking against the vehicle and confirmed there is no issue. The root cause of the alert shall be the car rent company didn’t do maintenance since the last rent. He shown us the coolant tanker and convinced us it is the coolant level got too low. He filled it up coolant, carefully checked it around and used pressure meter checked it and confirmed there is no coolant leak. I understood they just want us the next 12 days driving worry free. Their help totally removed our concern to the vehicle and rebuilt my confidence to drive in Alps high pass, and they done all these for free. After that, we have confidence drove the vehicle and continued our 2 weeks journey in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. We’ve completed our Europe trip and back to Canada yesterday :D. We’re so appreciate to Salzburg Skoda, my bad is I even don’t know their name, just know they are Salzburg Skoda. Thanks you Austrian ! Charles & Grace Chen, Newmarket, ON, Canada.
