★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começo pelo menos bom: 4 estrelas seriam mais adequadas:
- É realmente um pouco difícil de dar com a embaixada à primeira;
- O porteiro não é propriamente simpático, respondeu à minha pergunta sem sequer olhar para mim - sem culpa para a Embaixada;
- A embaixada em si é muito pequena. Isso por si só não representa um problema, mas não dá margem para privacidade. Neste caso, se alguém estiver sentado na sala de espera, consegue ouvir enquanto se fornecem dados pessoais aquando da requisição de um qualquer documento pessoal.
Mas reparo que é muito comum reclamar e deixar um mau review, mas quando a coisa corre bem, pouco há a dizer. Deixo pois a minha opinião do serviço em si:
- Todas as minhas questões foram respondidas de uma forma eloquente e amigável.
- Os tempos de espera foram respeitados - com marcação prévia.
- Os documentos chegaram (nas duas vezes que os requisitei) dentro do tempo previsto (até mais rápido do que esperava)
- Boa localização, central e bem servida de transportes públicos.
- Simpatia do Sr. Carlos numa boa maneira portuguesa.
Aumento portanto para 5 estrelas porque senti que me prestaram um óptimo serviço.
 At least good start: 4 stars would be more suitable:
- It's really a bit difficult to find the embassy at first;
- The porter is not exactly nice, he answered my question without even looking at me - no blame for the Embassy;
- The embassy itself is very small. This in itself is not a problem, but it leaves no room for privacy. In this case, if someone is sitting in the waiting room, they can listen while providing personal data when requesting any personal document.
But I notice that it is very common to complain and leave a bad review, but when things go well, there is little to say. So I leave my opinion of the service itself:
- All my questions were answered in an eloquent and friendly way.
- Waiting times were respected - by appointment.
- The documents arrived (both times I requested them) within the expected time (even faster than expected)
- Good location, central and well served by public transport.
- Sympathy of Mr. Carlos in a good Portuguese way.
So I increased it to 5 stars because I felt they provided me with great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu viajei para Vienna por razões médicas inadiáveis (com todos os certificados médicos exigidos). No regresso vi o meu embarque negado por faltar 2 letrinhas (Rt) no teste PCR ao Covid. Aproximadamente mais 40 pessoas em situação identica!
Alguem de direito nos ajude!
I traveled to Vienna for unavoidable medical reasons (with all required medical certificates). On the way back I saw my boarding pass denied due to missing 2 letters (Rt) in the PCR test at Covid. Approximately 40 more people in identical situation!
Someone right help us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude person who got angry because I arrived 2 minutes before scheduled time. But the visa was issued successfully hence I give it one more star.
But otherwise a really bad experience. The person had a superiority complex as if it was a big favour done to me for "Free".
The embassy is representative of the lovely country of Portugal in Austria but in no way does it do justice.
