★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die gesamte Hausgemeinschaft, die in einem Wohnungsgebäude in Traun aus 20 Eigentümern besteht, war mit der langjährigen Haus-Verwaltung aus Linz schon längere Zeit unzufrieden. Angebote wurden eingeholt und genau verglichen.
Die Wahl fiel auf Boss Immobilien/ Frau Andrea Zitta , ebenfalls in Traun
Das ist jetzt fast sechs Jahre her.
Deshalb möchte ich endlich einmal Danke sagen !!!!
Die Verwaltung geht sparsam mit unserem Geld um ! - Sie war von Beginn an günstiger als die vorhergehende .
Jede Reparatur wird genau geprüft und mehrere Angebote eingeholt.
Jedes noch so kleine Anliegen wird ernst genommen . Immer wird nach einer Lösung gesucht, die für alle passt.
Boss Immobilien arbeitet kompetent,‘ seriös, ehrlich, rasch , ideenreich und stets kundenorientiert.
Ich habe es nie bereut, dem Wechsel zu Boss Immobilien zuzustimmen!

The entire house community, which consists of 20 owners in an apartment building in Traun, had been dissatisfied with the long-term house management from Linz for a long time. Offers were obtained and carefully compared.

That's why I finally want to say thank you !!!!
The administration uses our money sparingly! - It was cheaper from the start than the previous one.
Every repair is carefully checked and several offers are obtained.
Every concern, no matter how small, is taken seriously. We are always looking for a solution that suits everyone.
Boss Immobilien works competently, ‘seriously, honestly, quickly, full of ideas and always customer-oriented.
I have never regretted agreeing to switch to Boss Immobilien!
