Sehr mitfühlend, nimmt sich Zeit und sucht immer nach Lösungen, Hilfen für den Patienten, die Patientin. Auch die Damen an der Anmeldung, Therapien, sind sehr zu loben ! Martin Parzmayr After several appointments, I can only thank Dr Thiele. Very competent as an ENT specialist! Very compassionate, takes her time and is always looking for solutions, help for the patient. The ladies at the registration, therapies, deserve great praise too! Martin Parzmayr
D	Dr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute Ärztin, ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist sehr geduldig mit Kindern und Fachwissen ist ausgezeichnet. Natürlich sind die Wartezeiten lange, wenn man keinen Termin hat, aber dafür kann keiner was. Es ist so. Die Assistenten finde ich nicht symphatisch. Sehr unfreundlich teilweise. Aber ich bleibe bei dieser Ärztin, weil sie ausgezeichnete Arbeit leistet und wirklich bemüht ist. Very good doctor, I can highly recommend. She is very patient with children and expertise is excellent. Of course, the waiting times are long, if you have no date, but no one can what. It is so. I do not find the assistants likable. Very rude part. But I stay with this doctor because she does an excellent job and really tries.

Auch die Assistentinnen sind durchwegs freundlich und das trotz mancher nervenden Patienten ... WICHTIG: Bei Einschubterminen ist eine Wartezeit von über 2 Stunden möglich ! Ich finde es aber persönlich trotzdem nicht so arg , weil man in Zeiten wie diesen froh sein muss überhaupt einen zeitnahen Termin zu bekommen, sofern die Ärzte überhaupt neue Patienten aufnehmen... Bei ausgemachten "normalen" Terminen kommt man schneller dran diese sind aber erst in frühestens ca. 3 Monate+(geschätzt). Also alles in Allem kann ich diese Praxis nur Empfehlen sollten Sie einen Einschubtermin bekommen so sollten Sie nachher keine weiteren Termine planen ! Very nice and friendly as well as competent doctor who also takes time for the patients. The assistants are always friendly, too, despite some annoying patients ... IMPORTANT: A waiting time of over 2 hours is possible for insertion appointments! Personally, however, I don't find it so bad, because in times like these you have to be happy to get an appointment as soon as possible, provided that the doctors accept new patients at all ... With agreed "normal" appointments you get to it faster, but these are only in about 3 months + at the earliest (estimated). So all in all I can only recommend this practice should you get an appointment so you should not plan any further appointments afterwards!

Kein Mensch geht gerne zu einem Arzt, aber hier fühlt man wohl und gut aufgehoben. Auch das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Very friendly and competent doctor who takes enough time for the patients and explains everything well and understandably. Nobody likes going to a doctor, but here you feel comfortable and in good hands. The staff are also courteous and friendly.

Ich war sehr beeindruckt, sehr freundlich alle, gut drauf, können sehr gut mit Kindern umgehen. Heutzutage ist es leider schwer einen super guten Arzt zu finden, aber Dr. Thiele ist so ein Arzt. Sehr zum Empfehlen. My husband and my little daughter were with Dr. Thiele for investigation. I was very impressed, everyone was very friendly, in a good mood, and can deal with children very well. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a super good doctor these days, but Dr. Thiele is such a doctor. Very recommendable.

N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr lieber Doktor, auch die Empfangsdamen sind seeeehr lieb und freundlich :-) Wartezeit nimmt man hier gerne auf sich (so schlimm sind die Wartezeiten gar nicht, wie man hier hofft liest..) ;-) Sehr zu Empf. der Dok und die Empfangsladys :-) PS: Wenn man lustig und freundlich ist, macht man auch anderen a Freude damit, kostest nix und tut gut! Very dear doctor, the receptionists are also very nice and friendly :-) They are happy to wait (the waiting times are not as bad as you hope to read here..) ;-) Warm regards, the Doc and the reception ladies :-) PS: If you're funny and friendly, you make other people happy, don't cost anything and do you good!
T	Theobald Lehmgraben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in meinem Leben bereits vieles erleben können und kann verstehen, dass man heutzutage beim Arzt mehrfach anrufen muss, bis man zum Gespräch kommt. Jedoch empfinde ich es als maßlose Frechheit, wenn die Ordinationshilfe den Hörer abnimmt und sogleich wieder auflegt. Dies wäre mein erster und sogleich mein letzter Besuch in dieser Praxis. Ich kann jeder Person nur abraten, hier den Versuch zu unternehmen, einen Termin zu vereinbaren . Mit freundlichen Grüßen Theobald Lehmgraben I have already experienced a lot in my life and can understand that nowadays you have to call the doctor several times before you can talk to someone. However, I find it immeasurably cheeky when the ordination assistant picks up the phone and immediately hangs up again. This would be my first and also my last visit to this practice.
