★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Einkaufserlebnis mit dem gewissen Etwas ! Von Außen etwas unscheinbar offenbart der kleine Schuhladen im Inneren eine feine Auswahl an schöner, alltagstauglicher Schuhmode. Der Service war super nett und kompetent- der Kunde ist König. 5 ungeplante Schuhkäufe in 2 Tagen sprechen für sich ;) Danke !!!
A great shopping experience with that certain something! Somewhat inconspicuous from the outside, the small shoe shop inside reveals a fine selection of beautiful, everyday shoe fashion. The service was super nice and competent - the customer is king. 5 unplanned shoe purchases in 2 days speak for themselves;) Thank you !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 11 Jahren kamen wir in fast jedem Jahr im Februar aus Berlin nach Mayrhofen zum Skifahren und seitdem sind wir auch bei Boom Shoes Stammkunden. Wir fühlen uns uns immer wieder sehr gut beraten und finden und finden auch bei jedem Besuch mindestens ein Paar Schuhe. Quintessenz - Der Einkauf macht Spass und das Produkt passt.
For 11 years we have come to Mayrhofen almost every February from Berlin to ski and since then we have also been regular customers of Boom Shoes. We always feel very well advised and find and find at least one pair of shoes with every visit. Bottom line - shopping is fun and the product fits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Auswahl an Schuhen.
Allerdings ist die Chefin alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Sie lästert über die Kunden im Geschäft, gibt abfällige Kommentare und vergrault so Stammkunden die schon über Jahre dort eingekauft haben.
Guter Service ist wichtig und so ein Verhalten alles andere als schön. So kommen wir nicht wieder. Schade.
Great selection of shoes.
However, the boss is anything but customer-friendly. She slanders the customers in the shop, makes derogatory comments and scares away regular customers who have been shopping there for years.
Good service is important and such behavior is anything but nice. So we won't come back. Too bad.
