Wir haben unseren Kindern letztes Jahr Winterschuhe um je Euro 100,-- gekauft ... nach kurzem Tragen waren die Schuhe kaputt ... aufgrund des Lockdowns konnten wir sie erst spät reklamieren, bekamen sie aber dann ausgetauscht ... dann standen die relativ neuen Schuhe den ganzen Sommer ungebraucht im Keller .... heuer im Winter wieder das gleiche Problem - wieder kaputt - doch diesmal ist keine Reklamation möglich, weil der ursprüngliche Kauf letztes Jahr war obwohl es eindeutig ein Materialfehler ist ... bei Schuhen in dieser Preisklasse erwarten wir uns eine andere Qualität und nicht dass sich nach ein paarmal Tragen die Sohle löst und sich die Goretex-Beschichtung in Luft auflöst (bröckelt richtig ab), sodass die Kinder dauernd nasse Füsse haben ... das ist uns bei Winterschuhen vorher noch nie passiert!!
Very bad quality of the shoes!! Last year we bought our children winter shoes for EUR 100 each... after wearing them for a short time, the shoes broke... due to the lockdown we were only able to complain about them late, but then we got them exchanged... then they were relative new shoes unused in the basement all summer .... same problem again this winter - broken again - but this time no complaints possible because the original purchase was last year although it is clearly a material defect ... with shoes in this year In this price range, we expect a different quality and not that the sole comes loose after wearing it a few times and the Gore-Tex coating vanishes into thin air (crumbs off really badly), so that the children have wet feet all the time ... that's not the case with winter shoes never happened!!
