★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our worst evenings ever, we had to wait 2.5 hours before our food came out and apart from that our food was initially served cold and undercooked. We shared our complains with general manager and apparently the owner called Chris, but he literally refused to do anything about it. He did share his apologies with us, but I would have expected a nice coffee on the house or a reduction of the bill in the end, however nothing of that. You can’t use that as an argument to provide for customer satisfaction, I don’t know what happened to this place in a couple of years time, such a shame. I won’t go there anymore and current rating is way overstated….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place I visit every time I visit Mayrhofen. Always perfect atmosphere, delicious drinks and food. Guys at the bar are super-welcoming and honest. The worst thing is always some party of drunken Brits having rude behavior and being disrespectful. But that’s not the problem of the perfect place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Attention to detail is top level here, right down to the cutlery. Visited this place twice during our time in Mayhofern over Christmas. The best restaurant in town hands down. The best rib eye steak we have ever had. Cooked to perfection. Service from Julian and the other waiter on Christmas Day was perfection. Chef is a star!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful dinner! The atmosphere, the staff and the food was absolute great. Everything tasted very good, especially pasta ? the curry didn’t taste as original one but still it was a very good dish. The staff was quick and professional, for bigger groups I would recommend to book a table in advance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent food, to a very high standard, a warm welcome from our server who looked after us very well, modern comfortable but a great atmosphere, perfect for couples or smaller groups.
We had the fillet steak, which was superb and the cheese burger, delicious and really nicely done, the bread amazing with lively cheese and tasty meat. The crème brulé was really nice and it went well with a coffee. I enjoy the Radler, a local shandy, while the Tux 1280 raspberry craft beer not what we expected, not as sweet as anticipated but interesting to try a local brew!
