Effiziente Trainingsplanung.... abgestimmt auf meinen Lebensstil ... bzw. auf meinen beruflichen Alltag.
Wenn es mal nicht so gut läuft, holt man sich kleine Motivationskicks von den beiden einfach per WhatsApp! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe zuerst eine Woche bei der Detox Gruppe mitgemacht und dabei 4 kg abgenommen. Die Gruppe war mega motivierend und hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Habe mich jetzt entschieden mit dem Ernährungscoaching weiterzumachen und hoffe, dass noch ein paar Kilos purzeln werden ; )
sehr nett die Zwei, mit viel Erfahrung, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
I first joined the Detox group for a week and lost 4 kg. The group was very motivating and I really enjoyed it. I have now decided to continue with the nutrition coaching and hope that a few kilos will tumble down; )

Die Energie und Motivation aus dieser Woche konnte ich sehr gut mitnehmen und auch einige Anregungen bzgl. Ernährung berücksichtige ich auch weiterhin. Sehr zu empfehlen. ?
I booked a detox week with them and loved it. The support on WhatsApp worked great and was extremely competent at all times. The energy and motivation from this week I was able to take along very well and also some suggestions regarding nutrition I continue to take into account. We recommend. ?
