P	Pieter Visser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waarschuwing! Wees niet verbaasd als bij inlevering van je snowboard gevraagd wordt om nog een halve dag of een hele dag bij te betalen. Je huurt een board t/m een bepaalde dag en je betaald vooraf en toch proberen ze een discussie met je aan te gaan dat je moet bijbetalen achteraf?! Trap hier niet in, ook schromen ze niet om de politie te gaan bellen, echt ongelofelijk! Ik was helaas niet de enige met deze negatieve ervaring. Er zijn meerdere winkels waar ze snowboards verhuren, wij hebben goede ervaringen met Breitfuss Intersport in Hinterglemm. Warning! Don't be surprised if when you hand in your snowboard you are asked to pay another half day or a whole day. You rent a board until a certain day and you pay in advance and yet they try to enter into a discussion with you that you have to pay extra afterwards ?! Do not fall for this, nor are they afraid to call the police, really unbelievable! Unfortunately, I was not alone in this negative experience. There are several shops where they rent snowboards, we have good experiences with Breitfuss Intersport in Hinterglemm.

Der Manager hat keine Zeit am Telefon zu diskutieren. 2 Tage für eine total unprofessionelle Buchungsbestätigung und total unverschämte Absage/Storno. Vielleicht die Trainers sind gut und professionell, aber mit so ein Public Relation wird man nicht an die Tür klingeln. Keine weitere Empfehlung. Cheeky and arrogant employee. The manager doesn't have time to discuss on the phone. 2 days for a totally unprofessional booking confirmation and totally outrageous rejection / cancellation. Maybe the trainers are good and professional, but with such a public relation you won't ring the doorbell. No further recommendation.

M	Marius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took some lessons in freestyle and freeride."Two stars" for the staff in the shop who are always friendly, laid-back and accommodating when it comes to switching or shifting courses. Unfortunately, the instructors did not match. The freestyle instructor was little motivated, playing with his smartphone every free minute during course, and did not respond to our requests. The freeride instructor was cool but a little too laid-back in terms of safety. He split the group during course leaving two of us behind in unknown terrain. Dangerous ERROR!
R	Rick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bindings of my board were broken, no other shop here in Hinterglemm was able to fix it except the very friendly dutch guy from Board.at, thank you very much for saving my holiday!!!! I will recommend this shop to every snowboarder! Thank you.
G	Gerben Ficker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful personnel (also English speaking). They have a nice possibility to rent the board you want to buy to try it first. Definitely recommend to come and rent/purchase here.
M	Maria Stroe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented gear and got lessons from these guys, also bought a couple of accessories. Everything was great, couldn't recommend more. They're a young team of enthusiasts, laid back and friendly, making it super fun to interact with. Our instructor was very polite and helpful, tailored tips and advice to each person's strengths and weaknesses, got us on several slopes to enjoy more of the resort. We started at level zero and we're very confident doing all the basics after just 3 days.
