Haben 8 Stunden fur eine 2 bis höchstens 3 Stunden Arbeit warten müssen, und sind zum schluss unfreundlich angemacht worden... Werstatt- (Wenig/Schlechte) Erfahrung und unfreundlich. War anfangs sehr überzeugt von dem Händler, jedoch dann ist der Faden gerissen, ich suche ab jetzt einen andern BMW Händler auf. The people in sales are very friendly and nice, but you can forget the employees in the workshop. Had to wait 8 hours for a 2 to a maximum of 3 hours of work, and in the end were turned on in an unfriendly manner ... Werstatt- (little / bad) experience and unfriendly. At first I was very impressed by the dealer, but then the thread broke, so from now on I will go to another BMW dealer.

Nach täglichen Nachfragen wann ich das Auto besichtigen kann, wann ich ein Finanzierungsangebot bekomme hieß es nach 2 !! Wochen - das Auto ist schon weg. Super dass ich 2 Wochen verloren habe und auf den Verkäufer vertraut habe. Die Antwort kam übrigens nicht persönlich - hat er sich wohl nicht getraut - sondern per Mail. Gratulation an Ihr Team Herr Thum!! I was offered a new vehicle that was arriving soon. I wanted to buy the car, view it and get a financing offer. After daily inquiries when I can inspect the car, when I get a financing offer, it was said after 2 !! weeks - the car is already gone. Great that I lost 2 weeks and trusted the seller. By the way, the answer didn't come personally - he probably didn't dare - but by e-mail. Congratulations to your team Mr. Thum!!

Da kann sich in Deutschland jede Fach-Werkstatt eine Scheibe vom abschneiden. Hut ab - wirklich klasse. Besonders die beiden Damen am Empfang. Echt spitze. Vielen, vielen Dank.
