P	Patrick Schertel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und ehrlich! Nach einer Panne im Urlaub wurden wir dort auch außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten beraten. Der Geschäftsführer machte eine schnelle Kostenprognose, gab seinen persönlichen Ratschlag dazu (auch wenn dies keine Einkünfte für ihn bedeutet hat) und stellte uns obendrein wahlweise Ersatzwagen oder Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Incredibly friendly, helpful and honest! After a breakdown on vacation, we were advised there outside of the regular opening times. The managing director made a quick cost forecast, gave his personal advice (even if this did not mean any income for him) and on top of that provided us with a choice of replacement cars or bicycles.

Das Unfall-Team mit Frau Stocker war sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit, schnell und zuvorkommend - vielen, vielen Dank! Had a traffic accident with property damage while on vacation in East Tyrol, drove to the Pontiller car dealership. R	Roberta Smischek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auoreparatur nach einer Panne an einem Freitag Mittag: Ersatzteile mussten bestellt werden, ich wurde am Freitag noch angerufen, was die Reparatur kosten werde, Ersatzteile wurden für Montag versprochen und geliefert, Auto wurde vormittags repariert und ich konnte um 15:00 mein Auto abholen. Herr Schett war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent, bot mir an mich am Freitag nach Hause bringen zu lassen. Reparaturkosten waren für eine VW-Fachwerkstätte angemessen. Vielen Dank für den sehr guten, flexiblen Service. Car repair after a breakdown on a Friday afternoon: spare parts had to be ordered, I was called on Friday about what the repair would cost, spare parts were promised and delivered for Monday, car was repaired in the morning and I was able to pick up my car at 3:00 p.m. Mr. Schett was very friendly, courteous and competent, and offered to have me taken home on Friday. Repair costs were reasonable for a VW workshop. Thank you for the very good, flexible service.

Mr. Luis Robitsch personally checked what was wrong with my car, no tehnician beeing available saturday near closing time. He managed to erase all the error codes stored in my ECU and that was enough so I could get back home safely that day!
