★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch Autohaus Thum bekommt die volle Punktzahl das Personal war sehr freundlich und Kompetent den Fiat Tipo haben wir nur nicht gekauft weil er in der Farbe weiß war wir hätten lieber eine andere Farbe gehabt nur deswegen würde er nicht gekauft

Was making a pick with my caravan. Because of the track width I had to go to the truck test bench. I went there without an appointment, there I was immediately and easily taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr zuvorkommende und Kundenfreundliche Werkstatt. Wir hatten mit unserem LKW ein Problem und haben dann auf Empfehlung hin diese Werkstatt aufgesucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt, obwohl die Werkstatt schon Feierabend hatte. Von dieser Werkstatt können sich eineige MAN Werkstätten in Deutschland, vor allem in Sachsen eine große Scheibe abschneiden. Einfach Spitze Jungs, macht weiter so.
A very courteous and customer-friendly workshop. We had a problem with our truck and then went to this workshop on recommendation. We were treated in a very friendly and courteous manner, even though the workshop was already closed. A number of MAN workshops in Germany, especially in Saxony, can learn a lot from this workshop. Just great guys, keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin mit einem nagelneuen Fiat-Camper auf dem Weg nach Süditalien und nach 461km Laufleistung erscheint die erste Fehlermeldung "Motorsteuerung - Motor überprüfen lassen" und man steht grad in Lienz......
Was tun ? Ja, Fiat-Werkstatt anfahren.
Auto Josef Thum war ein absoluter Glücksfall, binnen 30 Min. Fehler erkannt und die notwendigen Schritte eingeleitet.
Eine tolle Truppe, sehr kompetent und wahnsinnig hilfsbereit. Eine TOP-Adresse????
