Again and again, no matter what season it is, an experience! Great creative florists who conjure up works of art. The offer harmonizes with the ambience.

Aber der Kundenservice passt nicht. Zu oft unprofessionell, unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit, nicht serviceorientiert. Für diese Preiskategorie nicht in Ordnung. Heute wurde dann allen Ernstes ganz selbstverständlich ein Ausstellungsstück mit Beschädigungen und ohne Originalverpackung zum Kauf angeboten, nachdem man mindestens 20 Minuten auf das Verkaufspersonal warten musste, der Ton der Verkäuferin war gestresst und patzig. Macht so leider keine Freude, schade. Very nice shops with original offers, at the stock exchange, in Walpersdorf, in the Tuchlauben, on Schwarzenbergplatz. Laxenburg is the most beautiful. But the customer service is not good. Too often unprofessional, unfriendly, unhelpful, not service oriented. Not ok for this price range. Today, as a matter of course, an exhibit with damage and without the original packaging was offered for sale today, after having to wait at least 20 minutes for the sales staff, the saleswoman's tone was stressed and snotty. Unfortunately, that's no fun, too bad.
