If an appointment is canceled on the same day due to illness, you will not receive a new replacement appointment. Absolutely annoying and incomprehensible, unfortunately.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und mit Mathias habe ich einen ganz tollen jungen stets freundlichen und fachlich sehr kompetenten Mann als Therapeut. Danke !! I have been waiting for the doctor's appointment for a very long time - but that's actually so in all institutes now - so ok. I am very satisfied and with Mathias I have a great young, always friendly and professionally competent man as a therapist. Thank you !!
