★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großteils viel zu teuer und schon das 3. mal eine sehr schlechte Beratung erlebt, auch wenn man schon wusste, was man eigentlich haben will. Da fällts nicht schwer wo anders (im Internet) zu kaufen.
For the most part much too expensive and already had bad advice for the third time, even if you already knew what you actually want. It's not difficult to buy elsewhere (on the Internet).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hat die letzte Bestellung, aus unerklärlichen Gründen, nicht funktioniert und leider waren die Mitarbeiter auch nicht bemüht der Sache auf den Grund zu gehn. Wir haben Ende November bestellt und mir wurde versprochen, dass die Bestellung vor Weihnachten noch kommt.
Trotz mehrmaliger Telefonate habe ich meine Bestellungen immer noch nicht bekommen. Immer wurde ich vertröstet. Mittlerweile haben wir Februar. Jetzt habe ich die Bestellung storniert und wollte mein Geld zurück und auch das gestaltet sich wieder als sehr langwierig und schwierig.
Wir werden sicher nie wieder etwas bestellen.
Unfortunately, for inexplicable reasons, the last order didn't work and unfortunately the employees didn't try to get to the bottom of the matter. We ordered at the end of November and I was promised that the order would come before Christmas.
Despite several phone calls, I still haven't received my order. I was always comforted. We are now in February. Now I have canceled the order and wanted my money back and that is also proving to be very tedious and difficult.
We will definitely never order anything again.
