B	Barti 27 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Produkt der Firma Bk-dat (Inform von Internet) ist leider nur zum lachen, ständiger Paketverlust sowie starke Latenzprobleme. Vom Kundendienst wird man nur belächelt und nicht ernst genommen, manchmal wird man regelrecht abgewimmelt! Der mitgeführte Router lässt auch deutlisch zu Wünschen! Nach ablauf des Vertrages werde ich eindeutig Internetprovider wechseln ,in der Hoffnung eine kompentente Firma zu finden. Ein gutes hat Bk-dat doch, nach dieser Qual wird man wohl so schnell nicht mehr enttäuscht! The product of the company Bk-dat (Inform from Internet) is unfortunately only laughable, constant packet loss and strong latency problems. Customer service only smiles at you and doesn't take you seriously, sometimes you are downright dismissed! The router that is carried along leaves something to be desired! After the contract expires, I will definitely change internet provider in the hope of finding a competent company. Bk-dat has a good one after all, after this agony you won't be disappointed any longer!

Manchmal aber auch Ausfälle die bis zu einer Stunde andauern. Kundensuport hat auf die Frage was da los sei leider nur die Schuld von sich gewiesen und gemeint die Ausfälle sind bekannt aber sie können nichts machen. Leider ist der Kundensuport derzeit auch nicht immer verfügbar. Das Internet fällt in der Nacht aus? Tja Pech gehabt. Lasst Euch was einfallen sonst kündige ich. Was Euch egal sein wird. Hab den neuesten Router bekommen mit 5G und der schafft nichtmal 4G ? ? ? w	waterkev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden Tag fällt das Internet aus und wenn man dann zum Kundenservice anruft, wird einen nicht geholfen. Die Schuld wird von sich gewiesen. Ständiger Paketverlust. Wenn dein Internet in der Nacht ausfällt hast du Pech gehabt, da der Kundensupport um 20-21 Uhr schließt. 1 Stern ist definitiv zu viel. The internet goes down every day and when you call customer service, there is no help. The guilt is denied. Constant packet loss. If your internet goes down during the night you are unlucky because customer support closes at 8 p.m. - 9 p.m. 1 star is definitely too much.

Ich wurde am Telefon gefragt, was sie machen sollen. Ich bin kein Techniker oder Anbieter sondern nur Nutzer und die sollen ihre Probleme selber lösen. Ich kann jedem nur von dem Anbieter abraten. Worst provider ever, one star is too many. Internet crashes every day, support NOT available. Mail is not replied to. Bored on the phone. I was asked on the phone what to do. I am not a technician or provider, but only a user and they should solve their problems themselves. I can only advise everyone against the provider.

B. einen Kabel-Internetanbieter wegen eines Mobilfunkrouters (5G- 4G Mobilfunk) negativ bewerten, sich bei der Auswahl der Internetanbieter bei Google leicht vertan haben. Ich zumindest habe immer die vereinbarte Leistung und bin mit dem Kundenservice vollstens zufrieden. I cannot understand the negative reviews. Also think that those who e.g. B. rate a cable Internet provider negatively because of a cellular router (5G- 4G cellular network). At least I always have the agreed service and am completely satisfied with the customer service.

Echt eine Frechheit das ein Internet für das man 29 Euro im Monat bezahlt, mindestens 2 mal am Tag ausfällt. UND dazu anstatt 60 mb/s teils weniger als 5 mb/s Downloadgeschwindigkeit hat. Bitte macht was. You really ask yourself what these Internet providers do as a profession. It's really cheeky that an internet connection for which you pay 29 euros a month fails at least twice a day. AND instead of 60 mb/s sometimes has less than 5 mb/s download speed. please do something
