First I was sold the wrong part and then, when I exchanged it, I was told in an unfriendly and arrogant tone that I had lost the packaging even though I didn't get any for it.

Wenn ich nicht muss vermeide ich das Geschäft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam zu Birner um mich über Dachträger und Dachboxen zu erkundigen. Wurde sehr nett informiert und es wurde geduldig auf jeden meiner Extrawünsche eingegangen. Als ich mich entschieden hatte, wurde mir alles noch aufs Auto montiert und bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt. Besser hätte ich es mir nicht vorstellen können. Jederzeit wieder!
I came to Birner to inquire about roof racks and roof boxes. Was informed very nicely and each of my extra requests was patiently addressed. When I had made my decision, everything was installed on the car and explained to me down to the smallest detail. I couldn't have imagined it better. Any time!
