B	BeLLa Fu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unkompetente verkäuferinennen . Bin dann zuhause draufgekommen das mir schmale sandalen für meinen sohn verkauft wurden. Im laden wurden wir weder darüber beraten noch sonst wie unterstützt. Die grössen u farben hielten sich sowieso in grenzen. Werd nur noch online bestellen. Very incompetent seller. Then I realized at home that I was sold narrow sandals for my son. In the store we were neither advised nor otherwise supported. The sizes u colors were anyway limited. Will only order online.

Hatten kaum ein paar in grösse 37 lagernd und konnten auch nicht einsehen ob eine andere Filiale was passendes hätte... sehr schade Habe dann auf Amazon bestellt wo die Schuhe auch wesentlich billiger waren. I love these shoes, but really hard at work. Barely had a few in size 37 in stock and could not see if another branch would have been suitable ... a great pity Then ordered on Amazon where the shoes were also much cheaper.

Eine Verbesserung war anscheinend nicht möglich und mir wurde das Geld zurückerstattet nachdem ich darauf bestanden habe (sonst nur Gutschrift). Ich habe mit einer Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten eh nicht gerechnet, aber mit einer Antwort auf mein "Wiedersehen" schon (obwohl für mich ist diese Firma eh gestorben). Zusammenfassend: Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Da fragt man sich wozu so eine Firma Filialen unterhält. I bought faulty shoes, brought them back and offered a new pair after a week, which happened to have the same mistake. An improvement was apparently not possible and I was refunded the money after I insisted (otherwise only credit). I did not expect an apology for the inconvenience anyway, but with an answer to my "goodbye" already (although for me this company died anyway). In summary: very bad customer service. Then one wonders why such a company maintains branches.

Preis zu teuer, Beratung Null den Weg kann man sich sparen und gleich online bestellen. Very lean, the saleswoman didn't even know your products on the shelf. Price too expensive, advice zero the way you can save yourself and order online right away.
