C	Claudia Idahosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kenne das Institut nur von den Röntgenschwachbestrahlungen, aber daher ein paar Jahre. Ich warte im Schnitt nicht länger als 10min mit Termin. Das Personal ist angenehm. Es kam nur einige Male zu Missverständnissen bei der telefonischen Terminvereinbarung...die wird offenbar von einer anderen Stelle vorgenommen als den Mitarbeitern die vor Ort am Empfang sitzen. I only know the institute from the low-level X-ray radiation, but that's why I knew it for a few years. On average, I don't wait longer than 10 minutes with an appointment. The staff is pleasant. There were only a few misunderstandings when making an appointment by phone ... this is apparently done by a different point than the employees who are on site at reception.

Mir wurde telefonisch übermittelt, zwecks Terminvereinbarungen in das Institut persönlich zu erscheinen. Nun kein Problem, ich habe ja eh nur beim Gehen schmerzen im Bandscheibenbereich. Um 13:50 Uhr war ich dort. Gab meine Überweisung ab, die mir sofort wieder retouniert wurde, mit der Aussage, es wären für heuer keine Termine mehr verfügbar. Man wisse auch nicht, wann es im Jänner 2022 wieder Termine gäbe, da es hierfür noch keine Einteilung gäbe. Nun bedanke ich mich höflichst für die Dame, die mir telefonisch eine falsche Auskunft gegeben hat (absichtlich?) sehr umgänglich und emphatisch GRATULIERE! Johann 10:12 am Call regarding referral for physical treatment. I was informed by telephone that I would come to the institute in person to make an appointment. Well, no problem, I only have pain in the intervertebral disc area when I walk. I was there at 1:50 p.m. Submitted my transfer, which was returned to me immediately, with the statement that there were no more appointments available for this year. It is also not known when there will be dates again in January 2022, as there is no division for this yet. Now I thank you very politely for the lady who gave me the wrong information over the phone (on purpose?) Very sociable and emphatic CONGRATULATIONS! Johann
T	Trixy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich eine gute Institut. Ich selber aber eine schreckliche Erfahrung gemacht habe. Ich war dort mit Schulterimpegiment und die Therapeutin in der Bewegungtherapie hat mir komplett falsche Übungen gezeigt, dadurch das Impegiment hat sich wesentlich verschlechtert. Anscheinend man muss Glück haben, dass man nicht eine inkompetente Therapeutin erwischt. Basically a good institute. But I had a terrible experience myself. I was there with a shoulder impegment and the therapist in movement therapy showed me completely wrong exercises, which significantly worsened the impegment. Apparently you have to be lucky not to get an incompetent therapist.
S	Susanne Ortmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal sowohl an der Rezeption wie auch bei den Therapien. Absolut gut organisiert man kommt zum Termin dran und muss nicht ewig warten. Als Kasseninstitut nur zu empfehlen. Einzig die Einrichtung ist nicht gerade ansprechend! Very friendly staff both at the reception as well as in the therapies. Absolutely well organized, you get to the appointment and don't have to wait forever. As a cash institute can only be recommended. Only the decor is not very appealing!

C	Calumn Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bother with this service. Called to book an appointment and was told it was impossible over the phone so to come in. Arrived to book an appointment at 6:30pm (they close at 7, so plenty of time to make a diary entry), and was told the computer was already switched off so they can't make an appointment, and to phone and make one tomorrow. Your time is best spent finding a service that is better coordinated and shows some compassion and care, rather than a rude, blunt, can't be bothered attitude.
