T	Tanja Piller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vollkommen zufrieden! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Zudem war alles in einem top Zustand und sehr sauber, als wäre man der erste der dort übernachtet. Auch auf Mülltrennung wird geachtet. Die Lage ist super und Herr Hotter ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Immer sofort erreichbar, nett und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Completely satisfied! The apartment is very modern and nothing is missing. In addition, everything was in top condition and very clean, as if you were the first to stay there. Attention is also paid to waste separation. The location is great and Mr. Hotter is a really nice host. Always immediately available, nice and courteous without being pushy. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great vacation.

Wir waren völlig zufrieden und empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung ohne Bedenken weiter. Skibus fährt nur wenige meter vom Haus entfernt ab. There were five of us in a beautiful apartment. Everything in nice, new and neat condition. Very nice landlord. We were completely satisfied and recommend this apartment without hesitation. The ski bus leaves only a few meters from the house.

Na miejscu wszystko, co niezbędne dostępne, od proszku do prania, do zmywania, przez płyn do mycia naczyń, filtry do kawy, cukier, sól, pieprz. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Fajny sposób na wydawanie bułek (zakodowana szafka z przegródką dla każdego apartamentu). Mieliśmy własny kawałek ogródka ze stołem i krzesłami. Nieskazitelnie czysto. Wydaje mi się, że wszystko jest nowe. Do najbliższej piekarni 450 metrów. Great apartment (top 1 for 3 to 4 people). Perfectly equipped: oven, kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine. There is a laundry room with a drying room in the building. Everything you need available on site, from washing powder, dishwashing detergent, to washing-up liquid, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper. Perfect contact with the owner. A fun way to distribute rolls (coded compartment cupboard for each apartment). We had our own little garden with a table and chairs. Spotlessly clean. Everything seems new to me. To the nearest bakery 450 meters.
W	Wouter van Weeren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad in dit appartement. Wij hebben met 4 mensen in het 6 persoons appartement gezeten. Eigenlijk kom je aan niets tekort. De bedden waren goed, we konden zelf goed koken. De locatie ook prima met 5 a 8 minuten lopen was je in het centrum. Het enige wat we misschien een beetje misten was 's avonds een lekke bank om in te zitten. De keuken was ook de woonkamer waardoor je 's avonds veel aan de eettafel zat, na een tijdje wil ook wel iets lekkerder zitten dat was er niet echt. Wij hadden onze eigen campingstoelen mee en dit was geen overbodige luxe op het balkon want ons appartement hadden klapstoeltjes. Voor wie het wil weten, de wasmachine en droger kosten 2 euro voor 90 minuten wat naar ons idee prima is. Er is een lift in het appartement. Het appartement kan wat gehorig zijn met bovenburen maar het ons niet geïrriteerd. Wat ook prettig was is dat de wifi is zoals je in 2021 wil dat het is. Snel en stabiel. Prima ff netflixen als je dat wil 's avonds. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze wonen niet in het appartement maar wel redelijk dicht bij. Wij waren in de zomervakantie. Als ik weer naar het Zillertal zou gaan zou ik hier zeker weer boeken. We had a great experience in this apartment. We have been in the 6 person apartment with 4 people. In fact, you lack nothing. The beds were good, we could cook well ourselves. The location is also excellent with a 5 to 8 minute walk to the center. The only thing we missed maybe a bit was a leaky couch to sit in in the evening. The kitchen was also the living room so you spent a lot of time at the dining table in the evening, after a while also want to sit something nicer that was not really there. We had brought our own camping chairs and this was no superfluous luxury on the balcony because our apartment had folding chairs. For those who want to know, the washing machine and dryer cost 2 euros for 90 minutes, which is fine in our opinion. There is an elevator in the apartment. The apartment can be a bit noisy with upstairs neighbors but it did not irritate us. What was also nice is that the WiFi is as you want it to be in 2021. Fast and stable. Fine ff netflix if you want in the evening. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they don't live in the apartment but quite close to it. We were in the summer holidays. If I were to go to the Zillertal again I would definitely book here again.

So machen Ferien wirklich Spaß ... A great place to stay, super nice and accommodating hosts! The apartment was in great condition and the equipment left nothing to be desired. This is how holidays are really fun...
O	Olga Shorkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein verspätetes Feedback zu unserem Urlaub im Birkenhof ;) Wir verbrachten Anfang September zwei Wochen in einer der Ferienwohnungen im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig eingerichtet mit einer Erstausstattung in Küche und Bad. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt gibt es einen kostenlosen Wäschewechsel. Außerdem sind die Ferienwohnungen sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem genialen Bild auf die Berge (siehe Bild: Blick von der Terrasse). Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich mit viel Hingabe um ein gepflegtes Bild im Innen- und Außenbereich. Zum Abschied gab es sogar ein kleines, hochprozentiges Abschiedsgeschenk! Die Lage ist optimal für verschiedene Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Uns gefiel Zell auch viel besser als das touristisch überlaufene Mayrhofen. Fazit: Eine wunderbarer Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! A belated feedback on our vacation at the Birkenhof;) We spent two weeks in one of the apartments on the ground floor at the beginning of September. The apartment is furnished as new with an initial equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. After a week's stay there is a free change of linen. In addition, the holiday apartments are very quiet with a great picture of the mountains (see picture: view from the terrace). The landlords are very cordial and take care of a neat picture indoors and outdoors with a lot of devotion. As a farewell there was even a small, high-proof farewell present! The location is ideal for various excursions and hikes in the area. We also liked Zell a lot better than Mayrhofen, which is overcrowded with tourists. Conclusion: a wonderful vacation in wonderful surroundings! We would like to come again!
