Das Personal ist immer sehr, sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Auch mit Covid-Testungen hat immer alles tadellos funktioniert! I can 100% recommend the Hermes Pharmacy! My entire family is super satisfied. The staff is always very, very friendly and always eager to provide advice and assistance. Durchgehend geöffnet, derzeit auch mit Teststation. Alles excellent organisiert. Ich bleibe Treue Stammkundin. Very committed, friendly, competent pharmacy! The ambience is also appealing. Bedienung fand dann unfreundlich vor der Türe statt. Arrogantes auftreten der Mitarbeiterin ( ältere Verkäuferin ). Die Junge Dame war hingegen sehr freundlich. Partly unfriendly staff. Despite mask approval, entry was refused and very unfriendly said they would not accept it. Service then took place unfriendly in front of the door. The employee (older saleswoman) appears arrogant. The young lady, on the other hand, was very friendly.
