Sie war ganz unfreundlich und die ganze Atmosphere im Geschäft war schlecht. Auch beim Scannen hat sie Fehler gemacht. Ich würde nie wieder hingehen! Very bad experience: the employee at the cash desk did not even want to say hello. She was rude and the whole atmosphere in the shop was bad. Also during scanning she made mistakes. I would never go back!

Nachdem Sie sich nicht bei mir gemeldet haben, obwohl es eigentlich so vereinbart war, bin ich gestern vorbeigekommen um zu sehen, ob der Mantel schon fertig ist. Mir wurde gesagt, dass er gereinigt und fertig sei, darum habe ich für die Reinigung bezahlt und ihn mitgenommen. Zuhause habe ich jedoch feststellen müssen, dass er genauso dreckig ist, wie ich ihn bei Ihnen gelassen habe. Und nein, es waren keine komplizierten Flecken, einfach nur getrocknete Erde. Das ist ist in meinen Augen keine Putzerei und auch keine Kundenbetreuung. :/ I handed in my coat for cleaning almost 2 weeks ago. After you didn't contact me, even though it was actually agreed, I stopped by yesterday to see if the coat was ready. I was told it was cleaned and ready, so I paid for the cleaning and took it with me. At home, however, I found that it is just as dirty as I left it with you. And no, they weren't complicated stains, just dried earth. In my opinion, this is not a cleaning or customer service. : /

Obwohl ich etwas weiter weg wohne komme ich immer wieder gerne hier her. Da kann man nur 5 Sterne vergeben und sie von Herzen empfehlen. A really nice and well-structured branch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although I live a little further away, I always like to come back here. You can only give 5 stars and recommend them from the bottom of my heart.

They have a great staff who are willing to help out when asked. They have a great selection of soaps, shampoos, hair dyes, tanning creams, suntan lotions, all types of make up, cleaning supplies, pet food, baby necessities etc etc...
