★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letzte Woche bin ich bei einem in dem schmalen Gang hineinplatzierten Aufhänge-Regal im Vorbeigehen mit meinem Mantel hängen geblieben und ein Fach verschob sich: dunkelblauer Nagellack krachte neben mir zu Boden und ruinierte mir teure Schuhe und Lieblingsjeans total. Obwohl das Regal daraufhin an einer breiteren Stelle neu aufgehängt worden ist, gibt es keinerlei Schadenersatz ohne Begründung!!! Interessant aber, dass das Regal umgehängt wurde, obwohl es laut Zentrale ursprünglich absichtlich so platziert worden war und es noch nie zu einem Vorfall gekommen sei. Der Umgang mit Beschwerdemanagement ist inakzeptabel und stark verbesserungsfähig. Wr.Städtische Versicherung ???Bipa ???
Last week I got stuck with my coat on a hanging shelf placed in the narrow aisle and a compartment shifted: dark blue nail polish crashed to the floor next to me and totally ruined expensive shoes and favorite jeans. Although the shelf was then re-hung in a wider area, there is no compensation without reason !!! It is interesting, however, that the shelf was moved around, even though, according to the head office, it had been intentionally placed in this way and there had never been an incident. Dealing with complaints management is unacceptable and there is room for improvement. Wr.Städliche Versicherung ???Bipa ???
