Seit beinahe 15 Jahren bin ich Kundin bei NailSpa. Ein vielseitiges Angebot, nette Mitarbeiterinnen, ein angenehmes Klima, hervorragende Beratung, kundenfreundliche Öffnungszeiten und professionelle Behandlung zeichnen dieses Studio aus. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Seit Jahren bin ich Stammkundin in Pur me - The Salon ehemals Nail Spa. Ich liebe es, mich dort verwöhnen zu lassen. Das Angebot an Behandlungen ist sehr umfangreich. Das Ambiente, die Stimmung, und die geleistete Arbeit ist Top!! Auch die Preise sind angemessen und fair. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit haben oberste Priorität. Seit über 18 Jahren bin ich Kundin bei NAIL : SPA, was ich hier den nächsten Kunden versprechen kann, ist ein sauberes und gepflegtes Ambiente. Hygiene wird hier HOCH geschrieben. Das Bezieht sich auf das ganze Geschäft Maniküre und Nageldesign, Fußpflege, Kosmetik und Toilette. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich, aufmerksam, und stets bemüht. Hervorragende Beratung und professionelle Behandlungen zeichnen diese Fachkräfte/Team aus. Ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

The team and the service of the salon were super nice and welcomed me friendly and listened to my wishes. During the treatments I was able to relax really well and even dozed off at times. I did an eyelash lift and brow lift. For the brow lift I asked to tweeze minimally and have the shape kept the same. In the end too much was removed for my liking but the brows nevertheless looked nice and were symmetrical. The brow lamination was amazing and still lasts even after 7 weeks and I am super satisfied with it. The last lift on the other hand I am a little disappointed in. The first time I had a lash lift done, I was super happy, they lasted a long time (9 weeks) and they were without a doubt the best lash lift treatment I had received in Vienna. The second time I was happy initially but then some of my lashes started to go askew instead of the natural direction and it bothered my quite a bit as it didn't look nice and started to poke my eyes at times as well when I blinked. I contacted the pure me team but perhaps due to lack of proper communication, I initially understood that I had to pay the full price for another treatment despite being disappointed and not getting the promised results. During contemplation, too much time passed for a 'post treatment', and no further options were offered to me when I did ask for further help. I personally felt that my concerns weren't being seriously or professionally addressed. After writing a review, I was then emailed by customer service to correct my review to befit their perspective. What then made agitated is that the customer service knew where I worked, which I have never informed the salon of as I am a relatively new customer, this information made me further uncomfortable and completely disregard any chance of visiting the salon again. Nevertheless the beauticians typically deliver beautiful results so I am quite disappointed for that the customer service perhaps didn’t really approach me with other solutions besides the post treatment that was too late for.
