Man wird behandelt als ob die Fragen die man hat, logisch sein müssten und wird im Hintergrund ausgelacht. unmotiviert und angespanntes, schlechtgelauntes Personal. Geschäftsführer brüllt vom Büro durch die Apotheke, damit ein Angestellter der bedient direkt ins Büro kommt. Es wird vor der Kundschaft mit dem Personal geschriehen. Ständig wechselndes Personal. Sehr komische Umgangsweise. very impolite. Advice bad. You are treated as if the questions you have, should be logical and is laughed at in the background. unmotivated and tense, bad-tempered staff. Managing director yells from the office through the pharmacy, so that an employee who comes directly to the office serves. It is shouted in front of the clientele with the staff. Constantly changing staff. Very funny way of handling.
V	Valerie Ostertag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal, bis auf 1 oder 2 Damen. Wenn man Auskunft über ein Medikament braucht, wird man belächelt als müsste man das ja selbst wissen. Können keine Auskünfte über Dosierungen bzw Anwendung des Medikaments geben. Wenn man nochmals nachfragt(egal wie sehr man sich bemüht freundlich zu bleiben) kann man gut damit rechnen angefaucht zu werden. Kundenfreundlichkeit? Rude staff, except for 1 or 2 women. If you need information about a drug, you will be smiled at as if you had to know it yourself. Can not provide information about doses or use of the drug. If you ask again (no matter how hard you try to stay friendly) you can expect to be hissed at. Customer friendliness?

Leider nur zu wenige Parkplätze aber sonnst alles OK ?? VERY GOOD advice in the cosmetics department and you always get samples when you ask for them. The prices are perfectly okay too. Unfortunately only too few parking spaces but otherwise everything is OK ??

Das was ein wenig stört, man weiss nicht wirklich, wo man sich anstellen soll. Wartet man bei einem Schalter und dann wird ein anderer frei, drängen sich schon die, welche später gekommen sind vor. My general practitioner is just around the corner, so this is my "medicine cabinet". Very friendly staff, who also give you good advice. What bothers a little, you don't really know where to get in line. If you wait at a counter and then another one becomes free, those who came later push ahead.

Die Apotheke an sich ist groß, hell (Glasfassade) und gut sortiert. Lädt zum Stöbern ein und man hat auch mit Kinderwagen gut Platz. Leider sind die Kunden teilweise sehr dreist, drängeln sich vor (meist Senioren...), das passiert eigentlich fast jedes Mal, wenn wir dort sind. Vielleicht kann man ein anderes Warteschlangenkonzept finden - zb Nummern ziehen. So far we have always received very nice and good advice. Most of the staff tried very hard. The pharmacy itself is large, bright (glass facade) and well sorted. Invites you to browse and there is plenty of space even with a stroller. Unfortunately, the customers are sometimes very bold, pushing themselves in front of them (mostly seniors ...), that actually happens almost every time we are there. Maybe you can find a different queuing concept - e.g. pulling numbers.

Falsche E-Mail Adresse weitergegeben, absolut unfreundlich am Telefon, keine Auskunft und Null Hilfsbereitschaft. I have never given a review before, but this unbelievable rudeness was the reason for it. Wrong e-mail address passed on, absolutely unfriendly on the phone, no information and zero helpfulness.
