Der Service ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Versand sehr schnell und es war auch kein Problem, nachträglich noch etwas zu einer Sendung hinzuzufügen. Hier kaufe ich gerne wieder! I came across the Biostoffe.at online shop by chance and loved the large selection of organic-certified fabrics. The service is very nice and helpful, the shipment is very fast and it wasn't a problem to add something to a shipment afterwards. I like to buy here again!

Auf Email-Anfragen wird prompt geantwortet, Onlinebsetellung und Lieferung binnen 2 Werktagen absolut Top. Geliefert wird mittels GLS. Weiters zu nennen, Onlinebestellung werden auch sehr gut nachbearbeitet, hatte irrtümlich eine falsche Nähgarnfarbe zum Stoff mitbestellt, bekam einen Anruf seitens Biostoffe und die richtige Farbe wurde eingebucht. Nach der Frage über das Punktesystem wurde ich angeschnautz, bei einem Einkauf von 300€ mit einlösen von 130 Punkten habe ich 5€ gespart. Bei der Bestellung vergas ich einen Reißverschluss und mir wurde nicht geholfen, obwohl ich vor Ort war und dort viele 100€ ausgegeben hatte. Initially friendly, competent advice Great fabrics, nice selection! The prices are in the higher range. After the question about the points system, I was pissed at, with a purchase of 300 € with redeeming 130 points, I saved 5 €. When ordering, I forgot a zipper and I was not helped, although I was there and had spent a lot of 100 € there.

Beautiful fabrics, but far too expensive! You can hardly get beautiful, qualitative fabrics for less than 20 € / m. Absolute waste of time. It's not worth it.

Die Kleidungsstücke sind nach unzähligem Waschen und Weitergabe an mehrere Kinder wie neu, farblich unverändert und nicht verzogen. Auch die Onlinebestellung ist unkompliziert und einfach durchführbar. Da ich aus St. Pölten bin, ist für mich der Onlinekauf sowohl zeitmäßig als auch ökonomisch vorteilhafter als der Kauf vor Ort.
