Und die Qualität aller Produkte ist aussergewöhnlich gut, es gab noch nie einen Grund zur Beanstandung. Alles was Geflügel betrifft (Hühner, Enten, Puten - davon Fleisch und Eier) und Rind ist vom eigenen Hof, Schweinefleisch und Milchprodukte sind von einem Bauern aus der näheren Umgebung. Aber es gibt auch immer saisonales Gemüse und Obst und oft auch Brot, Brioche und andere selbstgebackene Leckereien. Ich bin dankbar, dass ich in unmittelbarer Nähe einen so wunderbaren Direktversorger mit Bioqualität habe. DANKE!! For years I have been buying Silber from Biohof in Buchkirchen almost every weekend and for good reason: organic quality and freshness. And the quality of all products is exceptionally good, there has never been a reason for complaint. Everything that concerns poultry (chickens, ducks, turkeys - including meat and eggs) and beef is from our own farm, pork and dairy products are from a farmer in the vicinity. But there are always seasonal vegetables and fruits and often bread, brioche and other homemade delicacies. I am grateful that I have such a wonderful direct supplier with organic quality in the immediate vicinity. THANK YOU!!
