★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war ich heute erst zum ersten Mal in dem Geschäft. Ich war überwältigt von dem reichhaltigen Angebot! Von Lebensmittel bis Körperpflege und Reinigungsmittel ist alles vorhanden. In Bioqualität und von regionalen Betrieben. Obstliegen und Frischetheken waren frisch und gut bestückt. Bedienung sehr freundlich.
Ab heute werde ich öfter im Biohof einkaufen. Vielleicht auch in Verbindung mit dem Mittagessen im Restaurant. ?
 Unfortunately, this was my first time in the store. I was overwhelmed by the rich offer! From groceries to personal care and cleaning products, everything is available. In organic quality and from regional companies. Fruit beds and fresh food counters were fresh and well stocked. Service very friendly.
From today on I will be shopping at the organic farm more often. Maybe in connection with lunch in the restaurant. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist angenehm in dieser angenehmen Atmosphäre gemütlich zu frühstücken. Die Qualität der Speisen ist 1A, einzig der "Selfservice" ist ärgerlich da nicht sehr professionel! (Schlange stehen um das Getränk zu bekommen, anschließend warten bis die Speisen gebracht werden. In der Zwischzeit ist das Heißgetränk wieder abgekühlt) Ich denke entweder alles im "Selfservice" oder eben alles an den Tisch gebracht!
It is pleasant to have breakfast comfortably in this pleasant atmosphere. The quality of food is 1A, only the "Self Service" is annoying because not very professional! (Queue up to get the drink, then wait to be brought to the food. In the Zwischzeit the hot drink is cooled down again) I think either all in "self-service" or just brought everything to the table!

Einzige was positiv ist und 5 Sterne verdient hätte ist das telefonische Kundenservice!
Lieferung hat nicht geklappt, ich musste mir die Kisten, nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Kundenservice von der falschen Adresse selbst abholen- der Fahrer hat einfach eine andere Hausnummer ins Navi getippt!
Zur Qualität der Ware:
Da der Fahrer leider falsch abgestellt hat, konnten wir die Boxen nicht gleich ins warme stellen, das komplette Blattgemüse war hinüber (kein wunder bei der Temperatur knapp über dem Gefrierpunkt)
Das Blattgemüse wurde mir dann nicht verrechnet, danke hier nochmals!
Ob bei dem restlichen Obst und Gemüse auch die Temperatur schuld hat kann ich leider nicht beurteilen… Gurke runzlig und gummiartig und hat nach 2 Tagen zu schimmeln begonnen, Äpfel nach 1 Tag braune Flecken, Mango hat auch schwarze Flecken bekommen (diese haben wir weggeschnitten) Paprika und Radieschen waren nicht frisch, da hat schon einiges an Wasser gefehlt. Bananen waren noch grün und müssen nach 1 Woche immer noch nachreifen
Einzige Gemüse was einwandfrei waren Kohlrabi, Brokkoli und Knollensellerie…
Mein Genüse hol ich mir künftig wieder vom Biomarkt oder direkt vom Bauern
Jetz bin ich nur gespannt ob die Abholung der Pfandkisten morgen klappt…
Tried the organic box once, unfortunately nothing for us!
The only thing that is positive and deserves 5 stars is the telephone customer service!
Delivery didn't work, after several phone calls to customer service I had to pick up the boxes myself from the wrong address - the driver simply typed a different house number into the navigation system!
About the quality of the goods:
Unfortunately, since the driver parked incorrectly, we couldn't put the boxes in the warm place right away, all the leafy vegetables were gone (no wonder with the temperature just above freezing point)
I was not charged for the leafy greens, thank you again!
Unfortunately, I can't say whether the temperature is also to blame for the rest of the fruit and vegetables... Cucumber wrinkled and rubbery and started to mold after 2 days, apples brown spots after 1 day, mango also got black spots (we cut them away) Peppers and radishes weren't fresh, there was a lot of water missing. Bananas were still green and still need to ripen after 1 week
The only vegetables that were perfect were kohlrabi, broccoli and celeriac...
In the future I'll get my treats from the organic market or directly from the farmer
Now I'm just curious if the collection of the deposit boxes will work tomorrow...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben die Biokiste seit ca. einem Jahr und sind hellauf begeistert! Die Lieferung funktioniert einwandfrei, das Obst und Gemüse ist immer frisch und ausgesprochen lecker. Das neue Angebot mit der Milchlieferung finden wir auch richtig toll, und der Kundenservice ist wirklich spitze: immer freundlich und alle Anfragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert bearbeitet. Weiter so!
We have had the organic box for about a year and are absolutely thrilled! The delivery works perfectly, the fruit and vegetables are always fresh and extremely tasty. We also really like the new offer with milk delivery, and the customer service is really great: always friendly and all inquiries were dealt with quickly and easily. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der mit Abstand beste Bioladen der Region ist immer einen Abstecher nach Eferding wert. Obwohl Achleitner den meisten wohl eher durch die Lieferung der grünen Biokiste vor die Haustür bekannt ist, lässt auch der Bioladen kaum Wünsche offen. Frische Küche und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal runden das große Sortiment gelungen ab. Wer hier einkauft muss auch bereit sein, Geld für gute Lebensmittel und andere Artikel in die Hand zu nehmen, denn billig ist Achleitner keineswegs. Ich komme aber gerne wieder, da die Preise mit der außerordentlich hohen Qualität doch im Verhältnis stehen und ich sie nicht überzogen finde. Schön, dass es so einen Pionierbetrieb in der Region gibt.
By far the best health food store in the region is always worth a detour to Eferding. Although Achleitner is known to most people for delivering the green organic box to their front door, the organic shop also leaves little to be desired. Fresh cuisine and extremely friendly staff successfully round off the large range. Anyone who shops here must also be willing to spend money on good food and other items, because Achleitner is by no means cheap. But I'll be happy to come back because the prices are in proportion to the extraordinarily high quality and I don't think they're exorbitant. Nice that there is such a pioneering company in the region.
