P	Petra Sovka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am 20.1.22 um knapp vor 16 Uhr in der Filiale einkaufen. Zur Kassa kam eine ältere Frau, welche keine Maske auf hatte. Der Kassier schrie sie an und die Dame entschuldigte sich, sie hatte vergessen aufzusetzen und holte dies gleich nach. Eine zweite Dame mit einem Rollator, welche offensichtlich dazu gehörte hatte auch keine Maske auf jedoch einen dicken Schal um den Mund kam dazu, entschuldigte sich auch gleich und es ging wieder los. Der Kassier schrie hysterisch wie am Spieß und verwies die Dame des Geschäftes. Kleinlaut folgte sie sofort der Aufforderung - vor dem Eingang fing der Kassier die Dame ab, riss ihr die Handtasche halb aus dem Arm und durchsuchte sehr grob diese ohne vorher zu fragen (ist so verboten falls das das Billa-Personal nicht weiß!) - das ganze immer noch mit einer Schreierei. Dann kam der Filialleiter ebenso unhöflich und schreiend obwohl sich die Dame immer noch permanent entschuldigte. Er drohte mit der Polizei und verwies die Dame mit dem Rollator des Geschäftes. Dann schrie er die zweite Dame bei der Kassa auch noch an. Der Kassier fetzte dann mit den Produkten der Dame herum und kassierte. Ich weiß, dass die Zeiten im Moment nicht einfach sind, aber so ein Verhalten habe ich noch nicht gesehen - so muss man mit seinen Mitmenschen nicht umgehen. Das ganze etwas höflicher wäre menschlich - die beiden Damen haben ihren Fehler ja sofort eingesehen und sich entschuldigt und wurden vom Billa-Personal wie Schwerverbrecher behandelt. Alle anderen Kunden, welche um mich standen haben dieses Verhalten auch nicht verstehen können. Es ist jetzt das 3. Mal in dieser Filiale, dass mir das unhöfliche Personal auffällt - jetzt reicht es - ich gehe nicht mehr zu Euch. Schade aber auch so kann man Kunden verlieren. Schämt Euch!! Was shopping in the branch on 1/20/22 just before 4 p.m. An older woman came to the cash register who didn't have a mask on. The cashier yelled at her and the lady apologized, she forgot to sit up and did so right away. A second lady with a walker, which obviously belonged to it, didn't have a mask on either, but a thick scarf around her mouth came over, apologized immediately and off we went again. The cashier screamed hysterically like a spit and expelled the lady from the shop. She meekly followed the request - the cashier caught the lady in front of the entrance, half ripped her handbag out of her arm and searched it very roughly without asking (this is forbidden if the Billa staff doesn't know about it!) - that whole still with a shouting. Then the store manager came just as rude and screaming although the lady kept apologizing. He threatened to call the police and directed the lady with the walker out of the shop. Then he yelled at the second lady at the cash register. The cashier then shuffled around with the lady's products and cashed in. I know times aren't easy right now, but I've never seen behavior like that - you don't have to treat your fellow human beings like that. The whole thing would be a bit more polite - the two ladies immediately recognized their mistake and apologized and were treated like criminals by the Billa staff. All other customers who stood around me could not understand this behavior either. It is now the 3rd time in this branch that I notice the rude staff - now that's enough - I won't go to you anymore. It's a shame, but you can lose customers that way. Shame on you!!
