Oben nach der Rolltreppe angekommen, eine helle, angenehme Atmosphäre, wo sich die Obst&Gemüsebetreuerinnen beständig um die Frische und Bestückung kümmern. Die Leiterin der großzügigen Feinkostabteilung dirigiert unüberhörbar resch-freundlich ihre Mitarbeiter und ist stets beratend für die Kunden da. Ein ganz großes Plus ist die Frischfisch und Fleischabteilung mit den kundigen Betreuern und neuerdings mit österreichischen frischen Lamm und Wild. Die Käse und Milchabteilung ist wie immer sehr (zu) reichhaltig. Bewundernswert sind seit jeher die Regalbetreuerinnen die Sisyphusartig nach so manchen „Feinspitz“ der auf der Suche nach dem längsten Ablaufdatum ist, die Unordnung wieder in Ordnung bringen. Das Weinsortiment ist reichlich und gut präsentiert. Wohltuend ist der Verzicht, in den eh schon engen Gängen Aktionskörbe aufzustellen. Hoffentlich wird das beibehalten. Die Selfscannerkassen sind für Eilige eine gute Idee, nur sollte man einen deutlichen Hinweis dazu geben, dass bei alkoholischen Getränken ein Kontrollorgan (wegen Jugendschutz) gerufen werden muss. Das verzögert ungemein und ist dem Grundgedanken nicht förderlich. Die Kassenbetreuer*innen sind bewundernswert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv die vergrößerte Parkfläche. Ich gehe gern hin. Es gibt viele positive Rezensionen über den Standort und die Mitarbeiter. Wie man hört, werden diese nicht an das Personal weitergegeben, Mängelrügen jedoch sofort und mit Nachdruck. The relaunch was successful. Arrived at the top after the escalator, a bright, pleasant atmosphere, where the fruit and vegetable supervisors constantly take care of the freshness and stocking. The head of the spacious delicatessen department directs her employees in an unmistakably friendly manner and is always there to advise customers. A big plus is the fresh fish and meat department with knowledgeable supervisors and recently with fresh Austrian lamb and game. The cheese and milk department is, as always, very (too) rich. The shelf supervisors have always been admirable so many a "fine pointed" who is looking for the longest expiry date, put the mess back in order. The wine selection is plentiful and well presented. The refusal to set up promotional baskets in the already narrow aisles is beneficial. Hopefully that will be maintained. The self-scanner cash registers are a good idea for those in a hurry, but you should give a clear indication that a control body (for the protection of minors) must be called for alcoholic beverages. This delays immensely and is not conducive to the basic idea. The cashiers are amazingly friendly and helpful. Positive the enlarged parking area. I like to go. There are many positive reviews about the location and the staff. As you can hear, these are not passed on to the staff, but complaints are made immediately and with emphasis.

C	Christian Schmied on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Billa Filiale ist recht groß und hat daher anscheinend auch mehr im Sortiment als andere kleinere Filialen. Die Bedienung an der Theke vielleicht nicht ganz so hilfsbereit wie bei unserer Stammfiliale, aber wir gehen trotzdem gerne hin und wieder hier einkaufen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch der überdachte Parkplatz, sollte es regnen. The Billa branch is quite large and therefore apparently has more in its range than other smaller branches. The service at the counter might not be as helpful as at our main branch, but we still like to go shopping here every now and then. The covered parking lot should also be positively emphasized, should it rain.
