Kassiererin hat nicht meine jö Karte gescannt, wobei ich es ihr hin gehalten hab und rief den marktmanager! Der tausend Mal versuchte die rechnungsnummer einzugeben und meinte dann nur schulterzuckend das geht nicht und das sei die einzige möglichkeit! Echt jetzt?
Dan meinte er, nach dem ich meine Meinung sagte, ich soll es der Kassiererin erklären!
Ich war sprachlos, so behandelt man keine Kunden und ich hab mich höflich verhalten!
Echt eine Schande
Very bad branch
Cashier has not scanned my jö card, but I held it out to her and called the store manager! He tried a thousand times to enter the invoice number and then just shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn't possible and that was the only possibility! Really now?
Then he said after I gave my opinion, I should explain it to the cashier!
I was speechless, that's not how you treat customers and I behaved politely!
Really a shame
