Der Boden in der feinkost war rutschig und schlabbrig von essensreste oder sonstiges, da es durchsichtig war hab ich es nicht gesehen und bin voll ausgerutscht so das ich mir das Knie angehaut habe. Eine Mitarbeiterin die direkt neben mir stand, hat mir nur zugeschaut wie ich da lag.. Und wärend ich versuchte auf zu stehen fragte der Mitarbeiter beim Brotbereich ob ich mir "weh getan hätte" darauf folgte aber nichts mehr. Kundenservice gleich 0!!!! I am normally loyal Denns customer, but the experience in the store was a disaster. The floor in the delicatessen was slippery and schlabbrig of leftovers or other, as it was transparent I did not see it and I slipped completely so that I've got my knee. A co-worker who stood right next to me, just watched me as I was lying there .. And while I tried to stand asked the employee at the bread area if I "hurt me" was followed by nothing more. Customer Service is 0 !!!!
E	Eizo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Angebot ist gut, die Preise sehr hoch - aber dafür findet man auch viele Naturprodukte, welche man sonst nur im Internet zu kaufen bekommt. Man muss es abwägen, was man kauft. Was mich aber verblüfft hat war die blank zur Schau gestellte Unhöflichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen mit einer Kundin, welche eine Reklamation hatte. Ich habe selbst im Handel gearbeitet - hätte ich mich je so unfreundlich verhalten, wäre ich wahrscheinlich nicht lange im Geschäft geblieben. Man kann Anliegen von Kunden - und ich will mich gar nicht darüber streiten, wer jetzt von den Damen Recht hatte - auch in normalem Tonfall und freundlich regeln. Der Kunde hat nicht immer Recht und es gibt mühsame Kunden - kenne ich alles. Aber der Ton macht die Musik, und da scheint es offensichtlich Nachholbedarf zu geben in dieser Filiale. The customer is not always right and there are troublesome customers - I know everything. But the sound makes the music, and there obviously seems to be some catching up to do in this branch.

Leider ist der Herr an der Fleischtheke nicht immer motiviert. Auf Nachfrage ob es div. Speck geschnitten oder als Block gibt, wird der Trägheit wegen oft der Verkauf im Block angeboten. Zwei mal im Verlauf von drei Jahren gefragt, wurde jeweils der selbe Fehler begangen. Am besten wenn erwünscht, geschnittenen verlangen. Von Haus aus zeigt sich auch der Charakter dieses Mitarbeiters, indem er die erste Scheibe beim Vergleich zur abgeschnittenen Fläche eine grobe Unverschämtheit und unmöglichen Verhalten veranschaulichend, das er diese ohne jedwede Skrupel verkaufen würde. Für 29,99€/kg eine weitere Dreistigkeit. Otherwise a fairly common Denns with a smaller but well-stocked meat counter and a fruit and vegetable display. Toller Laden in unserer Nähe! I always buy bread and fresh vegetables there. There is a separate cash register in the bread department, which is practical when things have to be done quickly. Great store near us!

Heute wurde meiner 3 jährigen Tochter die Toilette verweigert obwohl ich geimpft bin und wir beide frisch negativ PCR getestet sind. Die Angestellte hat zugesehen wie sich das kleine Kind verzweifelt in die Hose gemacht hat. We won't be coming back and from now on we'll only buy our bread directly from Joseph. Today my 3 year old daughter was denied the toilet even though I'm vaccinated and we're both freshly tested negative for PCR. The clerk watched as the little child desperately peed his pants.
