Angebot und Nachfrage regeln den Preis, aber das ist wohl Wucher....

I received good advice yesterday and was able to pick up my beloved bike with a new tire and tube today. Price / performance also fits!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejdříve jsem chtěl pouze chválit - vstřícný přístup při půjčení kol, kola v dobrém stavu. Kola jsme si půjčili v poledne, ale naúčtován byl celý den. Ok, souhlasím.
Když jsme za 3 hodiny přišli z důvodu těžkého pádu dítěte kola vrátit a při předání jsme upozornili na odřenou brzdovou páku (které si sami nevšimli), nejen, že nezohlednili, že jsme kola měli jen 3 hodiny, ale naúčtovali nám ještě 20€ za údajnou nutnost výměny brzdové páky (ač ji vedoucí servisu vůbec neviděl) - ve chvíli, kdy jsem měl strach o dítě, jsem to neřešil a zaplatil. Ale lidsky mne to zklamalo….
At first I just wanted to praise - a helpful approach when renting bikes, bikes in good condition. We rented bikes at noon, but were charged all day. OK I agree.
When we came to return the bikes in 3 hours due to a severe fall of a child and we pointed out a frayed brake lever (which they did not notice themselves) during the handover, not only did they not take into account that we only had bikes for 3 hours, but they also charged us another € 20 for alleged the need to replace the brake lever (although the service manager did not see it at all) - at a time when I was worried about the child, I did not solve it and paid. But humanly it disappointed me….

Top service, brought this morning at 9 am, briefly discussed what should be done after a "FLAT FOOT" on the south bank of Lake Millstatt, reinforced tire cover (x 2) plus 1x tube ... ready before 12 pm .. .what more do you want.
