★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gerade in mit dem E-Scooter von meinem Sohn in Ihrem Geschäft, mit der Bitte beim Vorderrad den Mantel wieder auf die Felge zu geben.
Nachdem ich von der Werkstatt , mit der Begründung er hat kein so feines Werkzeug, in die Fahrradabteilung verwiesen wurde, wurde in dieser Abteilung das Rad nicht einmal angeschaut und gleich gesagt, das machen wir nicht.
Auch wenn es ein Produkt ist, das Sie nicht verkaufen, dürfte es kein Problem gewesen sein den Mantel auf die Felge zu geben.
Habe Gott sei Dank bei einem kleinem Fahrradhändler Hilfe bekommen, des sich noch um seine Kunden bemüht.
Ein verlorener Kunde
Was just in your shop with my son's e-scooter, with the request to put the coat back on the rim of the front wheel.
After I was referred to the bicycle department by the workshop, on the grounds that he didn't have such a good tool, the bike was not even looked at in this department and they were immediately told that we weren't going to do that.
Even if it's a product that you don't sell, it shouldn't have been a problem to put the jacket on the rim.
Thank God I got help from a small bicycle dealer who is still looking after its customers.

Wir haben unsere gesamten Elektrogeräte für einen Neubau bei More gekauft. Ich habe zuerst die gängigen Internethändler durchgeschaut wollte dann aber doch regional kaufen. Das dabei auch noch ein viel besserer Preis als beim Internetvergleich herauskam, die Beratung super aber unaufdringlich und unkompliziert war und auch noch der Liefertermin frei festgelegt werden konnte hat uns wirklich begeistert. Es wurde auch keine Anzahlung genommen (obwohl angeboten bzw. lagernde Geräte 6 Wochen lang reserviert wurden). Schön das ihr das Feld nicht den Internetriesen überlasst und hier zeigt das es auch regional geht!
Buy regionally, good and cheap
We bought all of our electrical appliances for a new building from More. First I looked through the usual internet retailers but then wanted to buy regionally. We were really impressed that the price was much better than the internet comparison, that the advice was great but unobtrusive and uncomplicated and that the delivery date could be freely set. No deposit was taken either (although devices were offered or stored for 6 weeks). Nice that you don't leave the field to the internet giants and here shows that it is also possible regionally!
