I have also been a patient with Dr Rafael Pichler for a few months and I am very satisfied, takes my time, is very friendly (also child-friendly), almost no waiting times, highly recommended.
K	Kling Regina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offensichtlich muss man als Patientin von Dr. Pichler jeden Monat zum Arzt müssen, um zu erfahren das übersiedelt wird. Heute brauchte ich das 1. Mal seit März meinen Hausarzt wieder (ich bin Harlanderin) das Telefon war entweder besetzt oder "die Rufnummer zur Zeit nicht erreichbar". Da ich nur 3 Strassen entfernt wohne habe ich mich zur Öffnungszeit auf den Weg gemacht um mit meiner extremen Verkühlung vorstellig zu werden. Da war dann ein Plakat am Eingang - dass Hr. Dr. Pichler seine Praxis verlegt und von 18.-28.12.18 geschlossen ist, nicht einmal der neue Standort steht auf dem Plakat (siehe beigefügt) Ich finde es gelinde gesagt, eine Zumutung - das per Telefon weder ein Band läuft mit einer Ansage oder bestehende Patienten per Post/Mail verständigt werden. NICHTS! Obviously, as a patient of Dr. Pichler have to see a doctor every month in order to find out that they will be relocated. Today I needed my family doctor for the first time since March (I'm Harlander). The phone was either busy or "the number cannot be reached at the moment". Since I live only 3 streets away, I set off at opening times to present myself with my extreme cold. Then there was a poster at the entrance - that Mr. Dr. Pichler has moved his practice and will be closed from December 18-28, 2018, not even the new location is on the poster (see attached) I think it is, to put it mildly, an impertinence - neither a tape is running by phone with an announcement or existing patients are notified by post / email. NOTHING!
