T	Thomas R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bierstöckl has a great variety of dishes and as far as I could tell, everyone I went there with complimented the food. There's a selection of poultry for me, as well as different burgers, spareribs and solid vegetarian options among the main courses. We had a brief discussion among my group whether the Apfelstrudel dessert counted as vegetarian. I don't think it does. So you're stuck with excellent non-veg deserts like Palatschinken pancakes, chocolate cake with cream and the strudels. I haven't looked at beverages specifically, but the Zwickl beer stands out as a personal favorite. Various Rauch fruit juices and a few tea flavors are available. Hot chocolate is present as well. Summed up, it's enjoyable and a big improvement from the last time I was there a long time ago. I remember being annoyed by smoke then. None of that is present in the interior space and my clothes didn't smell like the food this time around either. :)

For example: one day i wanted to order a mixed beer and the waiter told me that they do not have it (although i drank it already multiple times there) 2 days later i was again there and all of the sudden they had the mixed beer again...
m	maxx Rou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Austrian & nice restaurant. There is a lot of space for bigger groups, also the waiters are quite friendly and helpful. The quality of the dishes is excellent- but the menue contains a lot of meat dishes. Of course there are some veg dishes (traditional Austrian ones) but to its defense: you go there because of the spareribs or Schnitzel ? I liked the historic surrounding very much, and it's easy to reach with public transport.
