Waitress was nice but brought me the wrong drink, and our food came fast but I ordered the stryian chicken salad and the salad looked like it had been soaking in the dressing all day-it was so soggy! Even the chicken was soggy. Gross. And they only take cash which is annoying when you're spending over €20. Not worth it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good until I received a bill with large tip decided by the waiter. This is not the Austrian way. You make your own tips and it's absolutely not required. They saw we were foreigners and took advantage. I'd suggest if they do this to you, to pay no tip at all, because they are abusing your ignorance.

The service is often overwhelmed by the amount of people, so be prepared to order your next drink each time a waiter is in sight.
In best Austrian tradition, the waiters don't bother you, if you don't actively request their attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been there for dinner often because nearly my apartment, its really terrible behaviour form the staff are changing the tip without asking anything, in this case not matter how much (just 3.5€) but its seem they did it often. No one say sorry only fighting for their right. It's funny to hear that.... Just small tip I can give you and normally I gave all the time... You don't need to steal money from your customers.... First step to learn is "Respect your customer" don't treat them like a ashore!!!
