★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woooow! My Hubby and I really enjoy this restaurant is very beautiful on the inside and the food is amazing! The service is very good and kind. Really recommend it you feel like you’re in a palace ✨ and is perfect if you go to the palace and zoo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here, 3 years ago and now. The Wienerschnitzel is the same, very delicious, the apfelstrudel quite ok. We loved to eat again an original wienerschnitel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fantastic feeling to discover the past time. It has got a nice atmosphere. You feel that you are seating with the actresses and actors together.
There is an imperial room, where you can get the imperial dish.
Also there is a separated big room, it's the theater Restaurant.
You can have a splendid dinner and watch the theater actions.
They will Play Infront of the guests. So you'll become a part of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just perfect! Everything was so tasty. I wanted to try everything on the menu. Plus the restaurant is well decorated. You feel like you eat like the emperor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to sit and have a coffee and cake after the beautiful visit to Schönbrunner Palace. The place was almost empty, but we were offered the place in the tiny far corner. Four very tall individuals could barely fit. We put that aside hoping to enjoy the coffee and cake. Ambient might seem historic and old fashionable but the service was very mediocre. Almost all the plates we were served our cakes in were chipped in multiple places. The waiter was very impatient and arrogant. We were not greeted on the way in or out. We were charged for five instead of four cakes. Unfortunately, I noticed the mistake once i left Wien. I guess that extra charged is non deserved tip.
All in all a very disappointing experience.
