★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right next to the ottakring ubahn station, this is the official gösser pub. The interior is decorated in a typical German beer pub style, February 2018 it was still split into a smoking and an non smoking area. They serve Austrian food and of course various types of Gösser brewery products. On a Saturday evening it was surprisingly empty. I guess it's a good place to organise a party but for a dinner out, the cosy interior would not save the not so joyful atmosphere.

As we got there nobody registered us so we decided to pick a table ourselves. As we were six people we moved a table approximately 15 cm to create a bigger table.
After 10 Minutes the waitress arrived with an angry face and said we should have asked before moving the table and quote: "because we are from here"
Nobody understood what she meant because we were all from austria as well ?
Secondly there is no vegetarian food on the menu. Even all the salads are with fish or meat.
Can not recommend Gösserbräu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ribs in Vienna, by far! Since this place is very close to my house, I already visited here many times with my family and friends. They have a new menu eth variety of options, the staff are very friendly and the overall vibe is great. As a bonus - the ribs are absolutely delicious. Most recommend
