★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered laptop described as "TOP CONDITION" and what I received was one looking like just taken from the garbage. Very dificult to reach them even by email. Once you reach them you will find them friendly and helpfull. Got the money back but had to pay €15 for postage.
