Man wartet 30 in der Warteschlange um danach vom Mann and der Information sehr laut angeschrien zu werden nur weil man um Auskunft fragt!!! Um 11:30 angerufen - man sieht wen es nicht Arbeiten freut! Frechheit sowas in der BH anzustellen!!! Extremely extremely unfriendly! You wait 30 in the queue to be yelled at very loudly by the man at the information desk just because you ask for information! Called at 11:30 - you can see who is not happy to work! Cheek to do something in the bra!

Man hängt ewig in der Leitung, wird weiterverbunden, hängt wieder in der Leitung um letztendlich einfach rausgeworfen zu werden oder man hat einen Mitarbeiter dran der sich nicht auskennt, falsche Informationen gibt, weiterverbindet und dann fliegt man irgendwann erst recht wieder aus der Leitung! Irre, dass man es nach so langer Zeit immer noch nicht geschafft hat, eine ordentliche Ansprechstelle einzurichten! Absolute cheek! No matter when you call. You hang on the line forever, get connected, hang back on the line and ultimately just get kicked out or you have an employee on who doesn't know his way around, gives wrong information, connects and then at some point you are thrown out of the line again! It's wrong that after such a long time you still haven't managed to set up a proper contact point!
M	Michael höllerer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wo es wirklich wichtig ist traut sich das "Jugendamt" nichts zu machen da es sich ja um Drogendealer (auch neben kleinen Kund, die Mutter ständig weg ist der Vater aggressiv ist,.....) jedoch bei Eltern wo es den Kindern gut geht (ausser mal sagen was gerade falsch war) da machen sie sich auf wichtig? Was ist das für ein "Rechtsstaat" in den wir leben ? Oder haben die da Angst von den schwarzen Geschäften oder steckt mehr dahinter!?!? Where it is really important, the "Youth Welfare Office" doesn't dare to do anything because it's about drug dealers (also next to small customers, the mother is constantly away, the father is aggressive,.....) but with parents where the children are fine goes (apart from saying what was just wrong) because you make it important? What kind of "rule of law" is this in which we live? Or are they afraid of the black deals or is there more behind it!?!?

Wartezeiten bis zu 40 Minuten, danach sagt uns eine unfreundliche Person, dass sie beschäftigt ist und legt auf. oder lügt, um uns zu verbinden, stellt es wieder in die Warteschlange und trennt die Verbindung nach weiteren 10 Minuten in der Warteschleife. unfreundliche Regierungsbehörde aller Zeiten. und somit keine Gehaltszahlung für uns. Danke! We need a special notice in the event of illness. without this form we will not receive a salary. called several days at different times. K	Kristina Obinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reine Frechheit!!! 45 min in der Warteschleife .. zwischendurch eine unfreundliche Dame welche einen anschnauzt, dass die Leitungen überlastet sind .. dann endlich die Durchwahl - endlich raus aus der Warteschleife .. und was dann? Es wird einfach aufgelegt!! Habe so oft angerufen wegen einem Notfall und wer kümmert sich um mein Anliegen? Niemand. Immer nur in der Warteschleife hängen .. da braucht sich keiner über unglückliche Kunden wundern!! Wenn es ginge würden die 0 Sterne bekommen! Drecksladen! Pure cheek!!! 45 minutes on hold .. in between an unfriendly lady who snaps at you that the lines are overloaded .. then finally the extension - finally out of the queue .. and what then? It just hangs up!! I called so many times because of an emergency and who will take care of my request? No one. Always just hanging in the queue .. no need to be surprised about unhappy customers!! If it were possible they would get 0 stars! dirt shop!
