★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man erreicht dort Niemanden telefonisch, kommt immer auf das Band, obwohl eh nur vormittags geöffnet.
You can't reach anyone there by phone, you always get on the tape, although it's only open in the mornings anyway.

Der Herr von der Vermittlung hat mich nicht ausreden lassen,hat mir die Worte im Mund umgedreht,mich unter anderem gefragt,ob ich will,dass sich die Bh nach mir richtet,mir dann einfach eine Nummer gegeben,wo ich anrufen soll. Bin total entsetzt!!! Wie kann man nur so gemein sein? Werde versuchen,die BH so gut es nur geht zu meiden. Werde hoffentlich nie mehr dort anrufen müssen.
On the phone: incredibly unfriendly! The man from the operator didn't let me finish, turned the words around in my mouth, asked me, among other things, whether I want the bra to match me, then just gave me a number where I should call. I am totally horrified! How can you be so mean? Will try to avoid the bra as much as possible. Hopefully I will never have to call there again.

Update: Unfassbar, wie sich die Kunden hier den Mitarbeitern gegenüber verhalten. Eine Respektlosigkeit sondergleichen. Heute im Foyer erlebt. Die Dame am Empfang ist wirklich nicht zu beneiden.
Extremely courteous and competent employees. The lady at the front desk was super nice. For me it deserves 5 stars ?
Update: It is unbelievable how the customers behave towards the employees here. An incomparable disrespect. Experienced today in the foyer. The lady at the reception is really not to be envied.

wir waren unlängst bei euch, wegen Reisepass und Führerscheinverlängerung.
Nach telefonischer Terminvereinbahrung, wurden wir sehr nett und freundlich bedient.
Also die negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen!
