★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place with great food. I have ordered multiple items from here in varying size. Transport is done well and you can even use modern payment ways like Scan&Pay,without needing to wait for a Kassa. The food is also absolutely top tier. Swedish meatballs with puree and more, very tasty!

I quite like the idea and concept of a city Ikea.
Close by, you can easily browse and check things out, don't have to haul everything home yourself, quite convenient.
Also does not hurt to come across it on your daily commute, pick up small things for home, or grab something for the office in the morning, even quick trips, over lunch, I have already picked up things like bulbs and batteries, even a plant once.
Different than the usual Ikea locations - you don't run around as much of an area as you are used to, everything is quite compact and you can quickly navigate to where your area of interest is, by checking the floor plan, taking an elevator or an escalator.
BIG Plus on top - literally - the amazing views you can take in from the roof top terrace!
I will for sure come by in summer for a sun-downer or after work chill out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with IKEA has been by far one of the most complicated processes I have ever tried going through. It's as exhausting as building a PAX. You try to order online, but doesn't let you check out because some things aren't available (and doesn't tell you what isn't available until you try to check out), so you have go to the store. So I went and spoke to someone and bought it, but we realized next day there was a mistake on their part in the order for the delivery date but because I already paid for it, I had to go to another area to wait for an hour for them to change it. Workers are nice, but the customer experience during purchase and post purchase is darker than Putin's soul

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice concept & super friendly staff! Please mind that they don’t sell the bigger pieces of furniture here! But you can have a look at the current IKEA collections strolling from the center of Vienna. So definitely worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! The rooftop terrace is amazing and free to visit. The IKEA itself does offer a lot of the smaller items but they don't have everything in stock compared to the larger IKEAs outside of Vienna. That's all right though, because they can order larger items for you. The selection of plants is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is missing.I will go back and see. I was looking for fabrics, a 57x67 or within this frame pillowcase in beautiful, colorful or interesting designs. Limited everything. The colour of the whole place is rather full for such a diversified neighborhood. People sit around and wondering what to but. No excitement. After COVID or during these times customer s are looking for nice ambiance. Bit of joyful music regardless of whether it is Mozart, Beethoven or good rap, jazz whatever but not very loud.
Need more personnel to approach and suggest.
Some decor like posters of spring would liven up the place a bit.
If customers enjoy going there, they will eventually buy something, even if small.
I didn't see a thing to buy. I would have bought a meter (s) of some nice colours but there was nothing ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply amazed by the look of this furniture shop ! I’ve known some ikeas but like this one.
Beside being well furnished (hopefully), they offer some spaces for eating and having fun, plus this big terrace to enjoy the landscape (which may not be the best in Vienna, but still nice to have fresh air and take a look around).
For the rest, I guess that’s like other ikeas
(food ok, escalators but not between each of the last floors, elevators, quite crowded)
